We use FedEx Standard Shipping for all our orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive after the order processing period. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original packaging with tags still intact. Please contact our customer support team ( support@divinehalohair.com) with pictures and details, and we will assist you in the return process.
